Kitchen renovation and modernization, including complete removal of furniture and the working area.


Moisture and mold were discovered behind the kitchen units, and our team thoroughly cleaned and treated the affected areas. Waterproofing of the walls and proper surface preparation were carried out, followed by the installation of new furniture and household appliances.

As part of this project, we completed a full bathroom renovation, including the removal of old tiles and preparation of surfaces for new finishing, dismantling of the shower tray, inspection of its technical condition and reinstallation, repair of issues related to the tray and its sealing, fixing plumbing issues in the sink and toilet area, and installation of new tiles with attention to aesthetics and precision.

This project included general demolition works.


At the initial stage, we secured the elevator and common areas (corridor), which is an essential step before starting demolition works.


The following works were completed:
• kitchen demolition;
• bathroom demolition;
• removal of flooring throughout the apartment;
• demolition of partition walls;
• removal of window sills and remaining floor layers.

Our team carried out a facade reconstruction project, including the removal of the old facade that had detached from the structure.


At the beginning of the project, scaffolding was installed to ensure safe work at height. We then completed the preparatory works, applied a reinforced mesh layer, installed polystyrene insulation, and finished the facade with exterior plaster.


This facade renovation method improves the building’s thermal insulation, increases the durability of the finish, and provides an aesthetically pleasing final appearance.

We completed a comprehensive bathroom renovation covering all finishing and installation works.


The scope of work included:
• demolition of the old bathroom;
• elocation of the radiator;
• leveling of walls, floors, and ceiling;
• plumbing works;
• installation of plasterboard constructions;
• tile installation.


Bathroom fixture installation, including:
• sanitary system installation;
• installation of a sink, toilet, and shower cabin;
• installation of bathroom faucets;
• installation of shelves and mirrors;
• washing machine installation.


The result is a modern, functional, and aesthetically finished bathroom completed with attention to every detail.

Comprehensive renovation works were carried out in the apartment, including demolition, preparation, and finishing stages.


The scope of work included:
1. Demolition Works – general demolition works with removal of
construction debris and waste.


2. Ceilings and Walls:
• repair and preparation of ciling and wall surfaces for finishing;
• wall leveling with finishing plaster;
• puttying and priming;
• double painting;
• complete replacement of the electrical
system (new sockets and meter installation).


3. Floors
• floor leveling;
• installation of flooring panels;
• installation of skirting boards.


4. Kitchen
• removal of old tiles and tiled window sill;
• installation of backsplash tiles between the countertop and kitchen cabinets;
• floor tiling;
• painting works and surface preparation;
• installation of a new window sill;
• radiator replacement.


5. Additional Renovation Works:
• disconnection of the gas pipe;
• installation of interior and exterior doors;
• demolition and reconstruction of walls to change the apartment layout.
