We implement projects from the planning stage to turnkey completion or to the stage of a “shell” structure. We work with ready architectural projects or create a project based on your request.

We also assist with all necessary permits and construction documentation to make the process simple and transparent.

Work Options

“Shell” (basic structure)
Foundation, walls, floors, and roof without windows or doors. This is the basic structure of the building, defining its shape and strength.

“Shell with roof” (ready for interior work)
Basic structure with a roof, protecting from weather conditions and allowing interior work to begin regardless of the season.

“Shell with roof, windows, and doors” (closed building)
Structure with a roof, installed windows, and doors, fully protected from the environment and ready for interior finishing and installation of engineering systems.

3. Site Selection and Document Preparation

4. Design
We develop the architectural project, structural solutions, and utility planning.

5. Site Preparation
Site clearing, earthworks, and access for construction equipment.

6. Foundation
We install the foundation – the base of the building.

7. Construction of the Structure (depending on the chosen option)
• “Shell” (basic structure) – foundation, walls, floors, and roof without windows and doors.
• “Shell with Roof” – basic structure with a roof, ready for interior works.
• “Shell with Roof, Windows, and Doors” – fully enclosed building, ready for interior finishing and installation of engineering systems.
